Research-and-production factory «Belekpol" develops new up-to-date constructions such as "Bioblock" for treatment of the urban and industrial effluents. The newest domestic both foreign technological and design solutions and the equipment used here.
The Bioblock is rectangular or circular in the plan a multipurpose construction for which a series of standard sizes by productivity from 50 up to 20000 m3 /day is worked out, to allow to choose optimal alternative for any concrete conditions at significant economy of capital and operational expenses. The principle of work and a design of the Bioblock combine the following technological processes in one construction:
- Two-phase or single-phase process of treatment with using of an activated sludge with an opportunity of conducting of processes of nitrification, denitrifying and dephosphatation;

Defecation of water in a sludge layer; -
Aerobic stabilization and condensation of surplus sludge; -
Recirculation of an activated sludge with the help of air lifts or the circulating pump.
The system of aeration can be carried out in various alternatives: pneumatic, mechanical and combined.
The Bioblock provides a stable and safety regime of treatment with finishing in cleaned effluents БПК20 up to 6-9 mg О2 / l, suspended substances up to 6-10 mg / l, ammonium nitrogen up to 1,5 mg / l. If necessary more penetrating treatment, it is possible to use in addition both free-floating, and attached microflora. There are alternatives of attaching of microflora inside of the biostabilization chamber, in a zone of defecation or in the padding chamber of the bioreactor.
Bioblocks are applied both in designed constructions, and in redesigns of existing. In the latter case they can be mounted on baseline of settling basins of various purposes.
Reliability and longevity of work of the Bioblock is provided with use of polymeric materials for system of aeration, technological trays and pipelines.
