Hydropneumoaerator — the device for mixing of effluents and its saturation by air oxygen. It is applied in aerotanks, aerobic stabilizers of sediments, for mixing sludge with flocculant, ponds of effluent polishing.
 Hydropneumoaerator is a cylindrical deflection tube with a screw nozzle and unit of an air supply, vertical fixed on the basin with a processable liquid. The screw nozzle has шнекообразным direction of convolutions and unit of an air supply — from located on an axis of a pipe of the air flue with the distributing-feeding device.
Placed in interior part of the aerator the auger nozzle allows to increase essentially (3-5 times) a path way of air bubbles in a liquid. As a result, on each convolution of an auger spiral nozzle there is an intensive turbulization and mixing of a gas-fluid-flow mixture and supplementary simultaneous crushing the air bubbles which are getting out through the distributing-feeding device.
 The aeration system with hydropneumoaerators allows providing the differentiated air supply longwise the aerotank (adjustment of latches) without a shut-down of the aerotank (i.e. without dump). Use of a wide zone of aeration is provided with maximal mass exchange characteristic also.
The quantity of aerators, way of their placement in the aerotank, diameter and altitude of the aerator, loading by air are defined for each concrete circumstances. The construction is garantied of destructions if hydroimpacts occurred during start-up and a shut-down, and clogging up with an activated sludge. |
