The System of aeration "Belekpol" intended for: Aerations of the urban and industrial effluents in constructions of biotreatment; Aerations of natural waters at stations of water reclamation and in piscicultural ponds; Saturations by any gases and mixings of technological solutions in various productions; For use in other analogous processes. System "Belekpol" includes: Small-bubbling plastic aerators (dispersing agents of air); Circular flat with the demountable case(Ø=200 mm); Square flat with not demountable cas (200х200 mm); Cannular in the length 1 m; Cannular in the length of 0,5 m. The most important elements of system "Belekpol" are aeration elements because of the given properties and special configuration in aerotanks which define high technical and economic and exploitation parameters — not only of systems of aeration, but also of a complex of cleaning structures as a whole. For increasing of «an oxygen efficiency" in system "Belekpol" special fibro-porous polyethylene of the advanced density is used. To protect aerators of clogging up with an activated sludge (at a shut-down of blowing machines), they are supplied with check valves. Aerators "Belekpol" of flat type fasten to ground airdistributing system from plastic pipes with the help of special quick disconnect rubber spigots easily and safely and if necessary are easily demounted. DISK AERATORS "BELEKPOL": There are two types of fastenings for aerator "Belekpol" — stationary and hanging: Stationary fastening of aerators is carrying out in the emptied aerotank, thus can be used: The steel zinc-coated support, attached to a bottom of the aerotank; The concrete poles mounted at the bottom of the aerotank; Plastic fastening on anchor bolts; Hanging fastening allows to mount and dismount separate sections in the working aerotank without shut-down the last. Such design variety allows making redesign of aeration systems, their maintenance and repair for all known types of aerotanks and even in the most difficult service conditions. Special configuration of aeration system as a whole and the given properties of pneumoaerators provide high performance and profitability of process of aeration. For this reason offered aerators of system "Belekpol" surpass a series of domestic and foreign samples by design, technological and economic parameters. So, efficiency of aerators "Belekpol" attains 3-3,3 kg of 02<.sup>/kw-h. Offered system «Belekpol» made of polymeric materials has small weight, sufficient mechanical strength, corrosive durability and operates reliability.
